Police official warns officers of bribery in Lakes

Bribery is a crime according to South Sudan’s Police Act, says, Lakes State Police Acting Director for Legal Affairs.
 
Captain Moses Machuoch Bol says it is illegal to accept bribe to win a case against the accused, radio Good News reports.
 
He adds that bribery will cripple the police if practiced.
 
Captain Machuoch urges fellow police men to stick to ethics and avoid criminal offences like bribery.
 
The officer also warns citizens against giving money to the police officers in order to win their cases. 
 
Any person bribing a police is also committing a big crime, he reveals.
