SPLM Chairperson who is the Commissioner of Tonj County on Tuesday appoints three secretaries.
Severino Philip Bazia appoints Sansio Dobu James, secretary for finance, James Majok Akol, and Albino Ater Deng, secretary of information, Radio Don Bosco reports.
The commissioner explains that secretaries will go to Payams and Bomas to facilitate formation of county councilors.
Philip says the presence of women in political affairs is important according to national and international laws.
He reiterates that women have right to be employed in any institutions.
The Commissioner advises women to remain patient because they are mothers of the SPLM.
The chairman was speaking to Radio Don Bosco on Tuesday in Tonj.
