The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei calls on all people not to stop somebody who wants to go and express his faith on weekdays.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe stresses that every Christian has a right to pray any time especially during feast days which fall on weekdays, Radio Easter reports.
He says God is first and the rest will follow and that those who try to stop Christians from exercising their faith are wrong.
Bishop Lodu urges the Catholics not to be lazy in practicing their faith because there is nobody above God.
He asks all Catholics not to be cool Catholics.
He made the remarks at Christ the King Cathedral on Tuesday during the celebration of the Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary into Heaven.
