ACTED gives money to vulnerable people in Tonj, says official

ACTED Organization is giving money to vulnerable people in Tonj State to improve their living standards, says Commissioner of Tonj County.
 
Severino Philip Bazia discloses that each old man or woman is given 6,300 South Sudanese Pounds, Radio Don Bosco reports.
 
He explains that the NGO came up with the special help to the elderly people including lepers because they do not have hands to cultivate their own food.
 
The Commissioner appreciates ACTED organization for supporting the old and people in the state.
 
Philip mentions that 100 people were registered in Abyeichok, 80 from Yingir and 90 from Aguka.
 
The same NGO is registering people of Khartoum Jedit residential area to benefit from the project, he notes.
 
The leader pledges that the Local Government will provide security for their movement ACTED personnel so that their work continues smoothly.
