Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO has concluded a two days workshop on strengthening capacity of the civil society organizations at the state level in Wau.
Lokute Bismrak Simon, CEPO officer for strategic partnership says, they do a component of activities and one of them is to train societies to accept change influence. Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Simon says it is important for the communities to develop positive attitude toward others so that change can take place.
He says change comes if societies are united and work on strategies that can influence key leaders in their midst.
Nearly thirty five participants from different residential areas of Wau attended the workshop.
He spoke on Thursday at the closure of the three days workshop organized by the community empowerment organization in Wau state
