Paying teachers incentive should reflect in teaching, says official

Now that teachers are being paid incentive to let their work be reflected in the learners by their better passing from one state to another with quality education.
 
Alfred Andrew Bati, Girls Education South Sudan and IMPACT spoke after teachers in Yambio of Gbudue State began receiving their monthly incentives in South Sudanese Pounds, Radio Anisa reports.
 
Bahadin William Makatab, one of the teachers in Yambio, says the insecurity situation in South Sudan is affecting the performance of schools.
 
Radio Anisa spoke to group of teachers in Yambio who received their incentives on Friday and they express happiness.
 
This year the European Union agreed to support the Government by paying primary teachers all over the country with 40 US Dollars each.
