The three-day conference organized by South Sudan Council of Churches on internal conflict resolution started in Wau on Tuesday.
Joseph Ngor Ajak, area field coordinator, says the aim of the gathering is to help the communities in resolving the internal conflict, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Ngor explains that the occasion is an annual event funded by South Sudan Council of Churches headed by inter-church committee.
He pointed out that conflict resolution should be a face to face dialogue to realize peaceful coexistence.
The coordinator encourages all people to forget the past and take messages of peace positively.
The speaker made the remark during the opening of the conference in Wau.
