Biling Organization wants to break the silence of people of South Sudan through dance, says the Chief Executive Officer.
Ireneo Francis says they conducting the dance to raise youth morale after the mood of joy and happiness of people is down.
Francis says Biling desires that youth should have the same energy of the light bug to impress others through their talents for the benefit of all people.
Francis advises people that to encourage their children to practice dance so to express their talent to bring a creation to the public.
