Internal Displaced People or IDPs in the Catholic Diocese of Wau complained that World Food Program did not distribute food after promising them in March 2017.

Some IDPs told Radio Voice of Hope that they have received one malwa of sorghum in March and after that food was stopped from them.

Leone Sewi Richard, reveals that the health situation is very bad because the centre in the camp lacks medicines and some medical equipments.

Another IDP says if humanitarian aid is not given to them in the coming days they will go to UNMISS to receive food when distributions take place there.

He asked the humanitarian organizations, Islamic Council and the people of good will to support with food in order save the situation in the camp.

This is the second complaint raised by the IDPs about livelihood and lack of medical services in camp within Catholic Diocese of Wau

Radio Voice of Hope efforts to reach concerned authorities for comments on the matter were not successful.
