South Sudan is worried about the critical times the nation is going through and the United Kingdom should share equally in the concern.
This was the message from GoSS Minister for Information Barnaba Marial Benjamin for the British government during today’s inauguration of the UK Platform office in Juba.Mr. Marial said the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS) would ensure the full implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement with the help of the international community.
He added that SPLM and NCP were discussing post-referendum issues to guarantee a future peaceful co-existence.
Mr. Marial said GoSS managed to bring substantial changes during the interim period and proved it could run Southern Sudan successfully with the help of the international community.
SPLM and NCP have been pointing fingers at each other on pressing political, economic and social issues.
