United Nations says it needs the credibility of the national dialogue before proving necessary support like funding.
UNMISS Political Assistant of the Secretary-General Mustafa SomareÀã says they will continue to engage with the steering committee and other stakeholders of the dialogue, Radio Bakhita reports.
He adds that sincere implementation of the dialogue is important to attract more supports.
Somare says UN has been part of some peace initiatives in the country.
On Wednesday, diplomats from China, Japan, USA and the Netherlands also demanded the sincerity of the national dialogue before proving necessary supports.
Last week, the Committee formed 13 subcommittees to start consultations within the country and abroad.
The steering committee says lack of funds and technical support from the international community has hindered its efforts.
