The Department of HIV/AIDS in the State Ministry of Health distributed food items to people living with the virus in Tonj Civil Hospital.
HIV/AIDS State Director John Jok says the aim of the distribution is to encourage patients to come and take drugs without fear, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He says 254 people are benefiting from the exercise on the monthly basis.
Jok appeals to the entire people of Tonj State to come for HIV/AIDS Voluntary Test and Counseling.
It is good for each and everyone to know his or her HIV/AIDS status, he advises.
The director made the remarks in an exclusive interview with Radio Don Bosco last week.
