The Catholic Diocese of Wau trained families of different areas on effect of war and trauma healing.
Permanent Deacon Andrew Garang Kolong says the initiative is to help families manage different challenges of life, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
This year there are four spiritual programs for families in the Catholic Church of Wau, he says.
The Deacon encourages families to be patient, have hope in God and try to cope up with the situation.
He advises people to accept that they have trauma and try to combat it to avoid affecting their families.
The workshop aims to help families have faith in God despite all challenges.
