The registration to replace Vivacell lost sim cards has started on Monday in Tonj Sate.
Francis Mabith Bang says the exercise is to avoid disconnection from communication, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He advises the community to come along with eligible documents to show that their lost cards were registered.
Deng Deng Ger who came for the replacement of his sim card, appreciates the operators for good decision taken.
It was difficult for the people of Tonj to get their lost sim cards unless someone goes to Wau, he notes.
He appeals to those who lost their cards to turn up quickly to get connected again to the network.
