Listening to spiritual songs, radio programs, reading novels and committing to prayers are other ways to reduce trauma, she explains.
The officer advises citizens who experienced trauma and become free to protect themselves from the same effect.
Anigie Rhoda Jeremiah, another counselor, urges citizens to stop killing each other, embrace peace and love one another.
