Schools in Abyei Administrative Area are lacking teachers, books and many other academic materials leading to poor quality learners, complains Minister of Education.
Musa Manguk says his ministry is facing many challenges, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
He observes that schools in Abyei need improvement and that now the ministry is lobbing for funds, chairs, benches for better learning environment.
The minister adds that improving education system in the area needs efforts of all actors including government, NGOs and community.
Minister Musa urges Abyei sons, daughters and families who are staying in different states in country to return home to participate in the development of the area.
