A priest from the Catholic Diocese of Tombura/Yambio calls on Christians to be closer to Jesus Christ amidst any challenge they encounter.
Fr Natale Vairi says conflict is not new among people, but the most important thing is to believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord, Radio Easter reports.
At the meantime many people have disconnected themselves from God’s way mostly when problems arise in their lives, he points out.
Fr Vairi mentions that people cannot avoid temptation, but Jesus Christ is the life, the truth and the way to heaven.
Whatever good things people need for themselves, they should wish others to receive also.
The priest was preaching on Sunday at St Josephine Bakhita Yabongo Catholic Parish in Yambio.
