Abyei Administrative Area has sworn in its newly appointed cabinet on Friday.
Chief Kuol Alor Kuol told Radio Voice in a telephone interview that Friday was a very important day for the people of Abyei.
He regrets that the occasion was very successful despite challenges of judges being absent because of their strike.
The Chief reveals that Abyei borrowed a judge of High Court from Aweil who made them successful.
Alor expresses his gratitude to the Judge’s presence because without him, they would have not conducted the occasion.
The Chief of Abyei Administrative Area reshuffled his cabinet earlier this week.

Alor appointed Musa Magu, Minister of Education and Information, and Malony Kong, Minister of Finance and Trade.
