The government of Wau State on Thursday received thirty trucks of fuel from Nile Petroleum Company or Nile Pet from Juba.
Minister of Physical Infrastructure Peter Upio Totukia appreciates Nile Pet’s efforts for the 30 fuel trucks to reach Bahr El Ghazal States, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Upio adds that they will receive more trucks full of fuel for the Greater Bahr Ghazal region.
Efforts have been made to reduce challenges of fuel shortage in the state during the rainy season, the minister discloses.
Minister Upio adds that the project will help people of Bahr Ghazal States specially citizens of Wau in reducing the high prices of fuel.
He urges the Nile Petroleum staff not to allow the black market to get into their project.
