Coordinator urges citizens to change bad behaviors for peace to prevail

Change bad behaviours to give room for peace in South Sudan, Assistant Coordinator of Young Women Christian Association urges citizens in Yambio, Gbudue State.
 
Emmanuel Gume William told Radio Anisa that their mandate is to preach and work for peace at all levels.
 
He calls on citizens to embrace the spirit of forgiveness and learn how to discuss their differences and reconcile among themselves as solution to peace building.
 
Gume urges the government of South Sudan to put more emphasis on education to fight illiteracy in the young country.
 
Felix Zigua Amuro, another member of the Association says their duty is to protect civilians to see that they are living in peace in both urban centres and rural areas.
 
He says it is the duty of all citizens and the government to preach peace and reconciliation at all levels.
 
Simon Samson Koti, a citizen of Nzara County calls on the government to maintain peace to enable civilians to cultivate and have freedom of movement.
 
He urges the national government to intervene to reduce the rising prices in markets of the country.
 
The speakers were speaking on Wednesday to Radio Anisa at Young Women Christian Association office in Yambio.
