Cholera outbreak in Kapoeta State has left eight people dead and dozens admitted.
Health officials say the outbreak started at the areas of Nakwasigiria in Kapoeta South and spread to other areas, Radio Emmanuel reports.
Kapoeta State Health Minister Estella Lorika says 24 people have been admitted since Monday and still new cases continue to arrive.
Lorika says health partners are putting up efforts to arrest the situation.
Lorika says the confirmation was done by WHO after samples were taken to Juba but Radio Emmanuel could not reach WHO for further confirmation.
