Citizen arrests 5 children allegedly stealing goats in Wau

One of the citizens of Wau town arrested five children and took them to the police for allegedly stealing goats.
 
Director of Gorgorongo Police Station Major General Azar Ridak Mabur says the children were arrested behind Mahad Mayo in a displaced area, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
 
He says the kids who are under 12 years old, catch goats, slaughter them and sell to the IDPs in UNIMISS camps.
 
Major General Ridak says the children were arrested with full evidence and will be taken to the court after the police completed necessary investigations.
 
The Major General says expresses surprise to see children committing such crimes for the first time.
 
He appeals to parents to take care of their children to be good future leaders.
 
The officer advises people whose children are missing to go to the police station of Gorgorongo to see whether they are in jail or not.
