Ministers appeal to Save the Children to support schools

Western Lakes Ministers appeal to Save the Children International to support schools in the state to promote quality education.
 
Minister of Education, Dut Makoi Kouk, urges the partners to continue supporting schools with textbook and other scholastic materials, Radio Good News reports.
 
He promises to use the materials partners offered to all schools in the whole state.
 
Children need to be taught not only how to read and write, but should also learn good manners and peace building, says Anip Majur Achut, Minister of Health.
 
The speakers made the remarks when Save the Children was handing over two classrooms, eight pit latrines and other scholastics materials to Western Lakes State authorities on Tuesday.
