Tonj Governor visits Counties to resolve issues of cattle raiding

Tonj State Governor on Friday visited four counties to resolve the issue of cattle stealing among communities in the area.
 
Akec Tong Aleu says the pending issues concerning return of the looted property should be completed, Don Bosco Radio reports.
 
The communities agreed to return the stolen cattle and other property with the help of the committee governor formed, headed by the minister of Local Government.
 
The committee includes four commissioners and five executive chiefs.
 
Governor Tong said the security situation in the state is normal except the area bordering Wau.
 
He claims that the armed opposition is disturbing civilians.
 
Governor Tong was accompanied by four commissioners and other state government official.
