Sudanese government food and medicines aid arrive in Juba

Sudanese government humanitarian donation including food and medicines for humanitarian aid to South Sudan reached Juba on Thursday.
 
South Sudan Health Minister Riek Gai Kok appreciates the Sudan for supporting the vulnerable people.
 
Sudanese Deputy Minister of Health Sumeya Idriss says they are starting providing drugs and food to South Sudan.
 
She expresses her government’s commitment to continue supporting South Sudan.
 
Awat Hassan, Secretary-General of Afro-Arab Youth Council says their help is the first from the world organizations to reach Juba by air and more will come by river.
 
He pledges more support from African and Arab countries to their South Sudanese brothers and sisters.
 
The officials were speaking at Juba International Airport upon arrival from Khartoum, Sudan.
