The Catholic Bishop of Yei during the national day of prayer and fasting urges the SPLA army to build good relationship with the civilians in the state.
Erkolano Lodu Tombe says soldiers are for the people and the people are for the soldiers and they should have a good relationship, Radio Easter reports.
He urges the army not to do bad things tp spoil their beautiful tittles.
Bishop Lodu suggests that the national prayer should be yearly because it is a good chance for people to repent their sins.
The bishop made the remarks at Yei Freedom Square on Friday.
