Akenyi Dengdit says they tell their young people not to take the law into their hands, Radio Bakhita reports.
Meanwhile, Achon John, Minister of Information in Boma State claimed earlier that well-armed and organized group from Bor attacked Boma.
Boma Minister of Information says at least 55 children and women are missing and over 20 thousand cattle were taken during the attack on Saturday.
Two weeks ago, Boma State experienced tension on rumours that Jonglei communities were mobilizing for a revenge attack.
But, Jonglei authorities denied the rumours on a telephone interview with Radio Bakhita.
