He adds that there is scarcity of food commodities and high prices where citizens cannot afford to buy.
Commissioner Balasi urges the people of former Western Equatoria State and South Sudan at large to embrace peace and embark on Agriculture.
He believes there is no development and agricultural activities without peace.
Commissioner Balasi advises citizens to make proper use of the fertile land.
