Yei River State inaugurates Stabilization Centre for malnourished children

Yei River State Ministry of Health has inaugurated State Hospital Stabilization Centre to help malnourished children.
 
ACROSS in collaboration with the state government and funding by UNICEF rehabilitated Stabilization Centre, Radio Easter reports.
 
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Dr Emmanuel Soma, ACROSS Health Manager says the development is UNICEF initiative to take care of malnourished children.
 
Kogo Manasseh Levi, Yei River State Minister of Health appreciates development partners for establishing the facility.
 
All people in the state are entitled to access the facility, he says.
 
Meanwhile, State Governor David Lokonga Moses says his government cooperates with development partners.
 
He says the government prioritises security to enable access to rural areas.
 
The Stabilization Centre is designed to be a referral facility in Yei River State.
