National Security forces last week reached Wau Town to protect citizens.

Some of the National Security forces are containing growing conflict between cattle herders and crop growers in Jur River area, Mayor Aleu says.
 
The mayor says National Security Service agents and police will be deployed in some parts of Wau Town to protect citizens’ lives and property.
 
The civil population in Wau had been experiencing recurrent insecurity last year.
