The Episcopal Church Bishop of the Diocese of Lomega appeals to government to protect civilians.
 
Bishop Paul Yugusuk made the appeal after visiting Kubi area on Sunday.
 
He says the civil population should remain in its residence if peace is to prevail in the country.
 
Bishop Yugusuk identifies the SPLA Tiger Division as having bad relations with the local population.
 
He praises the previous SPLA deployment in the area as having excellent relations with the civil population.
