Democracy International or DI Success on Tuesday began three-day training for twenty-five civil society organizations on conflict mitigation and resolution in Rumbek, Western Lakes States.
DI facilitator, Baboya James, says the workshop focuses on understanding conflict and analysis to explore the nature of difference, Radio Good News reports.
It also centers on ways leaders can work with their employees to resolve conflict in workplaces to provide practical steps and techniques that everyone can learn.
James reveals that the training will prevent staff and their leaders from conflict in different institutions.
The training will tackles what causes conflict and the element of conflict in order to avoid tensions that may result to further conflict at work, he adds.
The three-day civil society organizations workshop is expected to end on Thursday.
