Sports teams that went for peace tournament in Juba have arrived safely in Yambio, confirms State Minister of Information Culture, Youth and Sports.
Gibson Bullen Wande says he has received the teams that comprise footballers and athletics in Yambio.
The minister congratulates the players for active participation in sports and pledges to support their activities in the state.
Last month, teams of footballer and athletics were in Juba for peace tournament.
The team of footballer occupied the third position and athletics were awarded six medals.
Minister Bullen made the statement on Monday while welcoming the sport team at Yambio Freedom Square.
