JMEC Chairman, Festus Mogae urges all warring parties to cease military activities.
 
Investigate all incidences of killings, rapes and robberies, he appeals to the warring parties.
 
President Mogae decries worsening humanitarian situation in South Sudan and alarmingly increasing fleet of refugees hitting 1.4 million people.
 
He says South Sudan economic crisis is biting the population terribly.
 
The JMEC Chairman says access for humanitarian assistance is made too difficult for aid workers to provide to needy displaced people.
