The Episcopal Bishop of Nzara in Western Equatoria urges pastors to be agents of peace and reconciliation in their communities and beyond.
 
Bishop Samuel Enosa Peni says sometimes it is difficult to start reconciliation, Radio Easter reports.
 
But, he says when people come together to talk about their differences, there is often a remarkable progress towards fair resolution.
 
Bishop Enosa says the church should work to promote holistic, just, equitable, sustainable and high qualities services to all citizens.
 
The bishop says churches should act like role models for the government to follow.
 
He encourages the spirit of fair sharing of natural resources available in communities.
 
Bishop Enosa urges people to pray ceaselessly for the country to realize peace.
 
The bishop says churches should possess the vision of unity of all creation in the universe.
