South Sudan Youth Initiatives for Change is seeking approval from Imotong State Education Ministry to establish a secondary school in Torit town.
According to Radio Emmanuel, Initiative Executive Director, Thomas Lodoviko says his organization wants to create change, creativity and innovation among the youth.
Jacob Attari Albano, Imotong State Minister of Education, welcomes the idea.
But he demands the organization to avail all the necessary requirements before approval.
He encourages the private sector to help the government in delivering services to the population.
