Respect farmers so that they produce more food, Director-General in the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Yei River State urges the opposition and government armies.
 
Edmond Taban Gogo says if farmers are disturbed in their areas food production will be affected this year, Radio Easter reports.
 
He urges the government and the opposition to implement the national peace dialogue so that the situation becomes normal and farmers continue planting crops.
 
Taban advises farmers to harvest the remaining crops like cassava, sweet potatoes and bananas in their farms.
