Meeting of the Salesians Mission Offices is taking place in Rome from Thursday to Saturday.
The assembly aims to study to share ideas and reflect together on challenges facing the Congregation, Radio Don Bosco reports.
Over 60 participants from 32 countries in five continents including and laity, project offices, Don Bosco Network and representatives of the various departments are attending the meeting.
Participants will discuss a number of themes including the Mission office and its director, with a special focus on Salesians spirituality and identity.
It is expected to tackle coordination between Mission Offices and participation of the laity in leadership.
Relationship with benefactors, volunteers, digital marketing, social media and collaboration through Don Bosco Network are other topics to be discussed in the meeting.
Rector Major of Salesians of Don Bosco, Fr Angel Fernandez Artime is expected to address the closing session.
