The Governor of Tonj congratulates his people for celebrating Christmas and New Year peacefully in his absence.
Akec Tong Aleu says peace has many advantages such as free movement and support to each other, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He observes that Tonj is number one among the twenty-eight states in terms of security.
Governor Tong says all borders connecting counties will be demarcated by the national government and that no one has right to talk about them.
He urges intellectuals not to incite communities to fight on their behalf, but to support him in moving the state forward.
Governor Tong says building the state requires collective efforts.
