Yei River State Governor says numerous challenges are blocking the deployment of the newly appointed commissioners to their respective counties.
David Lokonga Moses says seven commissioners of Mukaya, Morobo, Tore, Otogo, Mugwo, Kupera, and Lujulo Counties have not been deployed, Radio Easter reports.
He says the economic crisis has crippled efforts of the state government to buy cars for the commissioners.
Governor Lokonga mentions roads blockage as another cause of failure to the deployment of the leaders.
He calls on those blocking the roads to open for free movement of people.
Governor Lokonga was speaking during the visit of First Vice President Taban Deng Gai in Yei on Saturday.
