The office will welcome anyone with development ideas to collectively build the new county, says Mukaya Commissioner.
Beneya Jojon Clement was talking while meeting his community members in Yei on challenges and ways forwards for peace and development, Radio Easter reports.
The community members point that bringing peace is a joint work for the citizens.
They say development can also go smoothly, if leaders and citizens work together and in consultation.
The members complain lack of basic services including drugs and food in Mukaya area.
Youth leader Amule Simon believes the county authorities will easily respond to challenges facing the young people.
Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit says leaders like Commissioner Beneya need not to serve his personal interests.
