Juba Teaching Hospital reports 33 successful deliveries during Christmas

Thirty three successful deliveries during Christmas at Juba Teaching Hospital, according to report of Maternity Ward Department management.
 
Regina Aku, in-charge of the ward told Radio Bakhita that none of the mothers has lost a life.
 
She added that only two infants died before reaching the hospital.
 
Since Christmas, there are twelve cases of operations with various difficulties and three of them are successful, says Aku.
 
The midwife pointed that insecurity is a challenge that delay the work of the hospital.
 
Regina says services in the hospital are not enough to reduce mothers dying rate.
