Lieutenant General Augustino Jadallah Wani says gossiping or rumour mongering is destructive.
He urges citizens to use wisdom for addressing concerns.
General Jadallah says the political position that he is occupying is unpredictable and that no political leader is an angel.
The governor urges citizens to approach leaders to express public grievances instead of secretive gossiping to destroy leadership reputation.
