The Western Lakes State Governor has given three white bulls to youth as a sign of peace during the congress in Rumbek.
Abraham Makoi Bol Kodi advises youth to change the society through maintaining peace and love, Radio Good News reports.
He appreciates Catholic Diocese of Rumbek for educating many people in Lakes States and Bar El Ghazal region at large.
Another youth congress is expected to take place at Cuei-bet of Gok State in 2017.
