President Kiir directs organized forces to respect human rights and laws

The President of the Republic says his government directs the organized forces to respect the international human rights and laws.
 
Minister of Justice while reading President Salva Kiir’s speech, urges the forces to allow humanitarian assistance to reach the people in need.
 
The Minister says President Kiir also directs the government institutions to support the South Sudan Human Rights Commission.
 
South Sudanese have witnessed worsening human rights situation in the country, says Mustapha Sumari of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan.
 
The officials were speaking during the commemoration of the International Human Rights Day at Nyakuron Cultural Centre in Juba.
 
The Day fall on December 10, but was adjourned to Monday.
