The spokesman of SPLA in Juba denies reports by the US Envoy to the United Nations Human Rights Council that South Sudan government has recruited 4000 ethnic militia to fight in Equatoria.
Keith Harper, the US Ambassador to the UN Human Rights Council during a special session on Wednesday disclosed that South Sudan government has organized a militia force to launch attacks within weeks, Radio Bakhita reports.
But, SPLA Spokesman, Brigadier Lul Ruai Koang refutes the reports as baseless.
UN Human Rights experts on Wednesday warned that there is a systematic ethnic cleansing in South Sudan following July violence in Juba this year.
