SCBC discusses peace with Presidential Advisor on security

The new President of the Sudan Catholic Bishops’ Conference, SCBC on Wednesday met Presidential Advisor on security to chat cooperation for peace.
 
Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro Kussala says the courtesy visit aims at dialogue for peace.
 
He urges South Sudanese to love the nation beyond their personal interests.
 
Daniel Awet Akot, Presidential Advisor on Security Affairs, recognizes the role of the church in peace building.
 
He says there will no success without prayers.
 
Meanwhile, SCBC Justice and Peace Advisor, Jim Long urges the presidency to engage in a dialogue with the military on nation building.
