Different teams of musicians from Heiban and Dalamy Counties got messages passing skills during training under the theme: ‘How to formulate and send information’.
Alhadi Hassan Kuame, Director of Peaceful Co-existence Program, told Radio Voice of Peace that they want to enrich musicians on how to pass messages that educate the public.
Musicians have a great influence and role to play to the local people within and abroad, he added.
Hassan said in Karga of Heiban County, 70 people including students, teachers, traditional and religious leaders attended the workshop to pass messages to different communities.
In Tunguli of Dalamy County there were about 100 musicians from four groups got trained to disseminate different peace messages, he added.
The director encouraged Nuba people to maintain their culture and live peacefully.
