Parish Priest of the Sacred Heart of Jesus has fired seven altar servants, both boys and girls on Sunday in the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek.
Fr Henry Gidudu dismissed them because of failing to go to serve on Sunday and instead conducted secret meeting demanding for new uniforms, Radio Good News reports.
He rebukes the actions saying, the behaviors will not help the growth of the church.
Fr Gidudu requests the congregations to end segregation and tribalism.
He calls for new Altar people to serve God with respect.
