Speaker Ambrose Emmanuel Ocholimoi said state governor Louis Lobong Lojore would open the session with the presentation of his government policy framework for 2011.The various state ministries also should present their own plans of action that were to be discussed and approved by lawmakers.
Mr. Ocholimoi said the Assembly will discuss the state budget from November 15 to December 15.
He added that the budget should be approved before Christmas when lawmakers have a break to mobilize the citizens for the referendum.
Mr. Ocholimoi explained that Eastern Equatoria Assembly operated three mornings per week but its generator was being fixed in order to be able to run the air-conditioning system and allow sittings during the afternoon.
